Palmistar Tablet is a nutritional supplement that nourishes the body with essential vitamins and minerals that help in alleviating chronic and neuropathic (nerve-related) pain. It contains Palmitoylethonalamide (PEA), Magnesium Glycinate, ALA, Acetyl L Carnitine, Vitamin B12 , Calcitriol. It also assists in healthy muscle movements, heart and brain functions. Palmitoylethanolamide binds to cells in the body and reduce pain and swelling.
